Positive: The staff was friendly and very accomodating. From the hospitality staff, reception and housekeeping. They gave us a lot of leeway especially because we had kids.
Negative: We have zero complaints

Positive: Our family had a wonderful stay at Solem Cave Suites! The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The views from the hotel are truly magnificent, overlooking the beautiful snow-capped mountains of Cappadocia. The food and service at the restaurant were top notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

Positive: The personal interaction with the staff was what made the experience well above exceptional. The quality of the restaurant food was amazing. We got upgraded to the King Room, without even asking.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike. My only suggestion might be to have a bigger variety of wines from different wineries, and not only local Cappadocia wines. The local wines were very good though.
Summary: This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had while on holiday!

Positive: The room, the setting and the breakfast were excellent.
Negative: As I didnt knew the area before, I booked in this hotel thinking it was in Goreme (I made the mistake). It is close to Goreme but you have to take a taxi. From the hotel you cannot see the Balloons in the morning.
